finally did it

So I finally picked up Madden after having ESPN since release. I had always been a Madden guy since the Madden '94 days. ESPN is a good game but it lacks many things and was rushed. The thing that prompted me to buy Madden in the end though was the in-game save. Pure genius. Some of us have these 'classes' that we are supposed to make an appearance at regularily. I am also just generally in and out so I could never finish a game. All in all I am pleased so far but was wondering what I should look out for. Any glaring defects that I need to be aware of? Any help or comments would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
