buddy of mine told me about this sweet new program for dynasty and scouting nerds like myself. i put it in the espn thread by accident but the program is written for madden, i believe its about to go beta and he is looking for testers.

Soon enough there will be a full fledged editor available, it's being developed by Rem over at Footbal-Freaks.com thanks to his experience in NHL editing (which is years ahead of Madden). Should allow for editing of almost anything - players, teams, salary cap (hopefully) etc, for both ROS and FRA files.....can anyone say draft classes on the PC?

But that looks like a pretty cool utility too.

I'm aware of what Rem's doing and he's doing an awesome job with his editor. Rem's editor though is meant to directly edit PC madden files. I'm not even trying to do that. Mine is meant for all versions of Madden and doesn't edit any of Madden's files directly.

Both utilities are very different with different approaches and goals in mind.
