I pulled this info from the Xbox General board on Gamefaqs. The guys claims this info was in his Game Informer but I don't have mine to confirm, maybe one of you can?

Madden

-Vision Passing. No longer will you your friends be able to drop back 40 yards and throw to a reciever the QB isn't even looking at. The QB's head will swivel, with a cone of vision representing which way he is looking, and it will affect accuracy.
You control it with the L2 and R2 buttons. Of course, the premier pocket passers, like Peyton Manning, will have bigger cones, and vice versa.

-Improved graphics and animation

-XBL and PS2 online, game due sometime in August.

NCAA

-Become A Legend mode. You are a HS grad, competing with other kids for scholarships to the schools of your choice. You will go through Madden like mini-camp drills to woo the scouts. This mode also features a familiar NFL 2K5 like bonus, with a Dorm Room where you can buy new TV's, couches and the like. If you do well enough, you can import yourself into Madden 2006 and become a high draft choice.

Who knows if the info is true..I would probably say its not...but the NCAA legend thing sounds pretty cool. So does the "vision" idea, espc it being diffrent for each QB. Hopefully its not overdone though.

Sounds good if true.

The NCAA thing really excites me. It would be really cool if i could have two of them in a single dynasty (as my friend and I always do dynasties together on the same team).

The Madden thing seems interesting, but doesn't seem to earth shattering.

The vision passing would make madden much more realistic and it also gives a reason to put Peyton Manning on the cover.

If the NCAA Legend deal is true, I may just have to pick it up.

They both sound promising, but I could care less about a dorm, crib, whatever you want to call it.

The vision thing sounds like a major pain in the a**. Why cant they just make the passing like ESPN in that regard?
