Is if, after a particularly brutal sack, if your QB's vision narrowed or perhaps was shaky to simulate the effect of your QB being shaken up some. That would be pretty sweet IMO!

Or maybe Mcnabb vision.

When you are using Mcnabb in a big game you can't focus for two long on your WR without dry heaving.

Now, that is a great idea. I always wanted a game that would take into account the courage factor in the game. Same goes for wr or dbs getting drudged by a power back. He would be nice to see a temporary did in their ratings.

So, getting after the qb would have other benefits. Just like in real life.
