It certainly looks like 2006 is a typical EA effort, a new hypable feature or two, little other effort. It appears their effort and budgets were invested in the next gen Madden and 2006 for existing consoles got minimum effort.

I don't want to speak for mvandor, but I got that from 5 years of mediocre Tiburon product.

Why does EA insist on sticking with Tiburon anyways? I just don't think Tiburon has the talent to do anything better, based on their using the same cartoon engine for the past 5 years.
