Maybe all ill feelings should not be directed towards EA. Then NFL is less culpable..but not completely absolved of blame. THe NFL is more concerned with ticket sales, tv time and player salaries than video games so I dont blame them quite as much.

But maybe MADDEN gamers are too blame?? You see...VC always put out a better game because THEIR CONSUMERS DEMANDED CHANGE!!!.

EA/Madden fans are much different. They will buy the game faithfully with changes..or with no notable changes at all. EA, knowing this probably told themselves...we could revamp our graphics...but why??? our game will still sell.

Complacency by the consumer maybe the culprit for lack luster Madden roll outs over the past few years.

I'm still a little irritated that EA spent the 600 million dollars on running the competiton into the ground rather than improving their game. Maybe I'm alone, but if Madden 2006 isn't damn good, I'll be pissed.
