That doesn't look any better than the 'hype' shots we saw last year for 2005. Doesn't mean I'm not going to buy it on day one but...

These screenshots don't really mean anything anyway, it's not like the game is going to look like that when you are playing in the normal camera view...if you know what I mean.

That looks nice and all...but I want GAMEPLAY SCREENS. Not freaking REPLAY or "INTRO VIDEO" screens. IMO I doubt thats an actual gameplay screen because when has EA EVER..and I mean EVER EVER EVER had ads in magazines for madden with gameplay screens? NEVER its always detailed closeups that they get from the replay cams. Look at thier commercials for ALL of thier sports games. All close up detailed replay shots. Heck, look on the back of your Madden 2005 box... same thing. Why dont they show gameplay screens? Because they arent nearly as impressive as a nice cropped close up replay shot. Sure someone bash me and say "well VC doesnt do it either" but then again VC's gamplay graphics have left Maddens in the dust even when the 2k series was just on a Dreamcast...IMO VC didnt have to convince me..but EA does....and I really hope those really nice airbrushed/3d artists rederings of some of the first shots youve ever seen of Madden dont have people thinking thats in the game. That was concept art. When you dont have to animate it, and put it in a game, and actually make it playable, you can get VERY creative with t he graphics.

All sports games put close ups on the back because that will attrack the avearge game buyer.NBA LIVE,MVP BASEBALL,NCAA,ESPN2k,and NBA2k all show close ups on the back of games and previews.

O yeah...EA said that video os S.Alexander was in game so there goes your little spoof.
