Release date of 8/2/05. I read it on Madden nation and called my local FYE and he said it would be on sale tomorrow. Check website and see.

The whole fiasco involving NCAA Football 2006's release.

You may not care, but FYE will care when EA owns them with fines for selling the game early. They were one of the retailers to sell NCAA Football early, and I find it unlikely they will pull the same thing if they wish to continue selling EA games in the future.

All this talk about store's being fined. I mean look the NCAA fiasco came and went and have we heard anything about stores being fined or whatnot? No. I mean at least i havent if anyone else has i would love to read about what ended up happening to these stores.
