Didn't saving the dynasty right after you convinced your player to stay, backing up completely out of Dynasty, and reloading the Dynasty work for you???

If you ask a player to stay and he agrees he is taken off the players leaving list and should not be included in the draft. Its weird that you said they appeared in the draft classes cause I don't remember seeing that when I played Madden 05.
