From this post, it's obvious to me that you haven't either:
1) watched any of the recent Madden Challenge cheesefests;
2) played Madden 04/05 against a cheeser using Mike Vick and the Falcons. Once you have experienced the frustration of watching Vick run full speed to the right while throwing a perfect strike to a wr fifty yards away on the opposite side of the field(whom in real life Vick would never have even seen), you will understand why something like vision passing was necessary.

Its EA fault that they made Vick superman. Then get upset when players dont use him as Clark Kent.

Yikes. I must have seen that same pull-down-from-behind tackle animation about 35 times.
