Thoughts about the Passing Cone
The technique I like best with the new passing is to hold R Trigger and tap the WR button to lock onto the WR, and then press the WR button again to throw.
I tried using the feature by manually sweeping the field but even with Culpepper, who has a fairly decently size vision cone, it was easier for me just to lock on and then hit the button a second time. I've gotten used to double hitting the WR button basically (using R trigger the first time). Now it is sort of coming natural.
My question is with this method it would seem that the size of the cone wouldn't really matter as much because I'm locking on to the target and not manually looking with the cone. So I think that the QB attributes of accuracy and throwing power are probably going to be far more important than awareness when using the lock on method.
