Anyone rent Madden from Blockbuster yet?

Yup. I walked 4 miles at around noon today to pick it up at a Blockbuster near me. They had PS2 and Xbox in, about 8 left. This was in Phoenix, AZ by the way. I get my rentals for free, 2 a month so I try out 2 new games every month.

Picked up a copy from a local Family Video chain in Ft Wayne, IN. I picked up the first copy. She opened the box while I was there and they got like 8 copies in. I called all the other video stores. i.e. Hollywood and Block buster. They gave me the same song and dance they did last time about friday, but they were full of it, since I ran by there and they had it out for rent today. Just goes to show you. Family video was cheaper for me anyway. Come on DVD Planet.

I beg to differ.

My blockbuster has had both NCAA 06 and Madden 06 on day of and early release. (Early release because of NCAA)

Just picked it up. Not many people go to my BB so I got it easily with a few more copies on the shelf.
