Can anyone tell me how to sign Ty Law on to the Jets for exhibition play. It appears as if the salary cap will not allow this to happen. I dont know who to release off of the Jets roster to make this possible. Thanks in advance.

If you have the network adaptor, you can download the updated roster. It was updated at 9pm on 8/8, so the Law acquisition is in there.

Go into the roster and edit his attributes. I lower his speed 0 then I was able to put him on the Jets. Once he was on the Jets roster I boosted his speed back to 95 which was what is was originally.

They dropped a few people for him. Ray Mickens I think.

Ray Mickens was cut once Law was acquired and Donnie Abraham can be cut, since he retired just before the start of training camp. The way to do it would be to cut Abraham first, then sign Law, and then cut Mickens. It should work if you do that.
