CB shading

I read somewhere you could make your CBs shad in and take away the slant. HOW? It isn't in the book.

Re: CB shading

its like doing a hot route. You press triangle (for a coverage audible) then you press the button on the reciever you want to shade.

AFter that just press L2 or R2. I think L2 is to shade to the left, and Right to the right. Not 100% sure though.

1) Press Triangle
2) Press the button for the reciever you want to shade (R1, L1, triangle, circle, square)
3) Press L1 to shade to the left, R1 to the shade to the right.

It sounds complicated, and it will be until you get used to it. You might get confused at first if you are shading a slot receiver because you'll be hitting Triange-L1-L1 or Triangle-L1-R1, etc..

If you need a reminder in-game, hit pause and tab down to the "New Features" section.

Re: CB shading

How do you do this in the XBOX version? Also off-topic but if you want to assign a player to man coverage to a specific receiver, how do you do that?

Re: CB shading

It's in the defensive controls tutorial in the game.

Re: CB shading

It's not working for me on the Xbox. Is anyone else having issues?
