Documentation - please help!

Gentlemen - I need your assistance. Is there anywhere that list all of the new fuctions on defense and offense and the buttons assigned to them? The instruction book is of little help. The things you can do is overwhelming and I often forget how to do certain things like shading a receiver or changing the O-Line shift.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I think you can also look under settings and then Controller Layout. I don't know if it has shading a receiver, but it does have certain stuff (like the right analog stick functions and playmaker).
