does anyone use this feature in franchise mode? i am thinking it gives teh user kind of a leg up on the computer players since they don't get the training. Any thoughts?

I do the mini camp half-heartedly just to give my key guys a small ratings boost. I don't really bother w/ getting the full 7 pts takes way too much time.
