I played against Dallas, Philadelphia and Cleveland. They didn't catch many of them since I was playing a deep zone defence expecting it.

All Pro default here and I haven't seen anything unusual.

You and me both man. Their offense was running on pure "high" octane when my Arizona Cardinals in SS mode came into the city of the Arch. It was not a pretty sight... They burned me when they caught me in man coverage

When they got too far ahead, they conducted a 2-prong ground assault with Jackson and Faulk... I liked that the A.I. did that though.

I haven't noticed them just airing it out for no reason. It seems whenever they do it, it's because their wide receivers got behind my safeties (and this results in a completion about 50% of the time). I actually think the deep ball is very well done in Madden 06.

Re: Long Bombs??WTF

If you throw lob pass to a tall receiver running a streak you should make the catch about 40 to 50% of the time. IF you throw long most of the time you will probably have around 15 completions on 35 attempts for 390 yards and four touchdowns and two or three INTS in a typical game. It is not necessary for the reciever to be good just tall.

A good strategy in Madden 2006 is play the Dime defense all the time and throw to receivers running long streaks mixing in a few runs. You will not complete the streaks every time, but enough to win the game most of the time.

Sounds like fun... I personally have a heck of a time completing streaks... Becuase of the corners or safties knocking the passes down.. and thats a good thing.
