Pre-snap controls

Does anyone know of a "cheatsheet" that exists out there that lists all the advanced pre-snap options and their corresponding controls? Not so much for things like hot routes and audibles (which are covered in the manual) but more of pre-snap defensive controls that the tutorials go over and the things that the manual doesn't have listed. I've watched the tutorials but I was too lazy to write the stuff down and I forgot how to do things like double a WR on the fly, change coverage schemes on the fly, etc.

While playing, just pause the game, there is a NEW FEATURES which has a quick list of some pre snap controls for Defense.

That only covers new feature that were added this year. I didn't have madden last year so I'm behind the 8 ball a little bit. For me, it would just be nice to have a cheatsheet next to me with all the pre-snap options so I can do the pre-snap stuff a lil more quicker and also w/o having to pause the game. I was wondering if someone already put something together. If not, I can make my own.
