How can I hot route my te to do a slant?

Try moving him off the line first before assigning the hot route.

Thank you for the reply. Is there way to do it without moveing the te away from the formation.

I agree with Meeker, I don't think there is a way to slant a TE when they are down in the formation.

The only way to do it on the line is if your slant is NOT ASSIGNED to L1 or R1. You can go to custom hot routes and change the slant assignment from L1/R1 to right or left on the d pad. Just a suggestion.

You're going to have to move him off the line assign the slant then put him back. That's the only way I know how to do it.
