Game play, franchise and the 360

Why does anyone think that the gameplay or franchise mode will be noticably better on the 360 or PS3 than what we have today? All we see are graphics. We already have more computing power than we need to run the database functions of franchise mode. Heck, the PSP version even has a practice squad. How much more horse power do we need? Remember when EA Sports distributed Front Office Football and we we're all sure that the next Madden would include all that games killer GM stuff? I sure do. Did we get any of it? Yes, the 360 & PS3 versions will have the NFL & ESPN lisences so we can expect some fancy graphics and overlays, but better gameplay? I'll bet next year at this time we'll all be back here, wishing and hoping, while EA Sports has their hands on another chunk of our hard earned cash.
