"Gentlemen,

The updated PC roster will be released through EA's Updater within the next several days. Included with the roster update(s), will be several Provisions of Improvement standards as well as numerous elements of performance issues for refined gameplay tweaks and enhancements.

I will re-iterate to you guys that positive gains are being made through EA's internal quality assurance program to ensure you get the latest and most accurate rosters and stats as possible. PC users have not been forgotten nor left out, merely we have a smaller department of FTE personnel dedicated to the PC business model; hence, the slow progress.

Several control measures have already passed EAs' stringent QA process and was recently approved by their RISK Quality management department. Because this upcoming update encompasses more than just binary text (rosters, stats, etc..), it becomes absolutely critical that the revised programming code only defines specifically what is needed and what results are triggered.

Several GPI (Gameplay Performance Issues) that have been addressed so far include the following:

Performance issues ( CTD/BSOD) RESOLVED

· Shimmering/artifacts on Y plane
· Noted artifacts on intermission screen
· Known slowdown on post huddle play
· Shadow integration
. Stable gameplay under SP2 XP
. Improved Pixel/shader support
. More...

(Elements_1) Gameplay Issues


· Coding trigger on punt returns
· Audibility of audio SADU revised
· Penalties on ST revised
· Stable gameplay under SP2 XP
· Resolved Franchise Issue
· Improved Pixel/shader support (Uniforms will degrade sooner)
. Refined tackling/motion animation
. Numerous gameplay balances

Sorry to bust everyones bubble, but the folks at MM this this is false information. The guy who made the post is new to the board and his information cannot be verfied with EA.

So don't get your hope too high.

I dont know whether he is lying or not but if he is just to attract attention, then i am honestly really confused as to simply why, is there a need for that sort of attitude, or what does it achieve i dont know, i guess who cares, just play madden.
