Roster HELP!!!

Ok, I downloaded the rosters yesterday and then today I want to play offline to see how they were so I loaded them up and nothing happens. So, I delete them off my Harddrive and go online to download them again but they arent there just the 8-8 file. So, any idea what I can do to get them back?
