If someone has the new EGM Magazine with the scoop on Madden 360 please tell me if this is true? a couple of ppl with the magazine are reporting this??

If so, you were right spin.. Way back in May..

Has franchise, but no Owner and no CAP, but I think that I believe the no CAP when I see it.
