Now those look more like I expect. Still not on the level of the prerendered vid, but very, very nice.

What I'm still hoping for before release:

More equipment variety from player to player. They've done it with the thigh & knee pads. I'd like to see it with the shoulder pads and jerseys.
For this game to move as good as it looks. I didn't see any of the vids(except the blurry one being shown in that interview) because of the vid format, but there were a lot of complaints. I know the graphics are not quite on the level of the prerendered vids, but I'm still hoping the animations get there.
More individualism in things like the stances of WRs, DBs & LBs. Minor things, but even slight differences in the way players stand and move add to the realism imo.

Anyone have any info the AI capabilities of the 360 & Madden? Can we expect the game to be much smarter than current gen?

I like how they blurred the background in the Bettis pick..nice effect..adds to realism..very well done..i concur on the models being a tad too burley..but theyve gotten better. Now if we had animation filled viddles..but with this kind of graphical detaill..that would be nice.

Hey..do unis get dirty..did they take that away?

yes EA has said that after each play uni's get dirty, depending on what happened on the previous play.

Finally..these s-shots are enough to put the nail in the 2k is better coffin. No longer can a VC 2k loyalist like myself say that 2ks models are as good as next gen madden...the screenshots above (tears welling up in eyes) are the best looking video football game I have ever seen in my life time...there has never been a football game to match the graphical quality you see in the vids above...now...the player proportions are still slightly..i dunno...off..but the level of detail has never been matched.
