Well, for whatever reasons, I haven't played alot of Madden in the past few weeks. So little, that I am going to start a new franchise and begin all over. I don't know why I really stopped, I ask myself this question. I think between just being busy, the new generation systems coming out, and making my PS2 look puny, my more involvement with fantasy football, and I guess just a little burnt out has been the biggest reasons for stopping. But I'm going to give it another try now.

Anyone else put Madden down for a while, only now ready to come back?

It was, I just got busy with work, and all kinds of stuff...I'm going at it again. And looking forward to it!

Yeah I put it down for a good two, two and a half weeks...just picked it back up last week and am having a good time.

In the season i just finished today[have to do the playoffs] four players broke Dickerson's single-season rushing record, and Reggie Bush[me] broke the single season TD record with 29 total Touchdowns...was hella fun playing with Bush.

I've been a little off Madden lately too. Installed the NCAA mod for Madden 06 on the PC and that's made for some fun games.

I've barely touched Madden since August...maybe ill pick it up again but its hard with NBA 2k6

Thank you! I am back, I have gone through the training camp...I play all madden level, and I made a personal training camp rule that I can only take 4 players through training camp drills, and I must go all the way through all madden level, which results sometimes in getting no points for some of the players. I am set to start the preseason now. I'm looking forward to playing a season. I just got burnt out and have been incredibly busy.

I even touched on my sliders some and have made them even more difficult...I think I have a great realistic set of sliders.

Glad to be back!
