Running Back By Commitee

Is there a way to get realistic stats through running back by commitee in this game, i try to have mulit back systems and i even turn the coaches slider all the way to 50 50 but my 2nd string back never seems to get any carries over the season unless there is an injury. Does anyone have any advice

rb slider does not work during sim games. really sucks

Then What the heck is the point of having them there then. In fact now that i think about it what is up with all of those coaches sliders that dont seem to do a damn thing when your simming

play the games. there are only 16 in a season. why sim?

(well, ok. after one or two seasons the same ol crap gets old, so i retract my criticism.)
