This for the 360 version by the way.... and either I'm ******** and not seeing it or EA is ******** and didn't put the option in. If so.... this game is going back.

Game rules
modify, and u will see qtrs length and penalties

Do this OUTSIDE of your Franchise...looks like the settings are universal since there are only 2 modes (play now / franchise) that can be played. Online games I think are forced to 5 minute quarters.
