New to Madden Series: Couple of Questions (36)

Hi. The manual for madden 360 is really skimpy and yes, I did read some threads. But I can't figure out a couple of things.

One) How do I send a reciever in motion?

Two) When I go up for coaches mode to see my play and their allignment, is there anyway to go back down? Mine just locks up there.

Hold down the "B" button, then scroll through which receiver you want to put into motion, then move them with the left thumbstick.

Nope. It stays up there. No way to bring it back down.
