Draft and Taking control of all 32 teams

I wanted to take advantage of the playcalling schemes to stop the skewed stats from showing up in franchise mode so I started a franchise with all 32 teams being human controlled. Everything works fine but the draft. How do you make teams automatically pick a player if they are human controlled?

None that I could find so I had to restart. I have played the first year of my franchise six times now I think. I took control of all the teams for the same reason and to hopefully overcome the Jets simming problem. The CPU will do everything for human controlled teams except draft it seems.

While in your franchise, go to:
My franchise, than click on Coaching Strategy, next click on Coach Options, than under Coach Options click on Management. There you can set anything you want the CPU to controll by moving from user to cpu or vice versa. I put everything on CPU except the team I'm really playing with. for example, If you want to sign a free agent just switch it to user, than back to cpu when your done.

Still doesn't work. That is exactly how I had mine set up and it still doesn't handle the draft for you. I don't think that there is any way around this if you control more than one team, huge boo-boo on EA's part!

What system are you using? I'm using PS2.

I'm going to guess he's on the 360 since he said the stats are being skewed.
