HOW ARE WE PASSING? Madden 360

I haven't played Madden in a few years before this, but I know in the college version you barely had to hit the button and the QB would zip it hard as he could. In this one, it's easier to differentiate between touch and zip, with greater range in between. It takes a little adjusting, but I'm passing better than I ever have. It's very realistic with ranges in performances usually hinging on the quality of the defense I'm playing against.

I do a combination of all three options, when I have time I like to use the right stick.

I'm using the cone with the Left Trigger.

I feel precision passing works better when using the cone.

From playing online, I don't see anyone using the cone anymore.

Sadly, I think the cone will be gone for Madden 07.

I use the cone on deeper drop backs, it can be a bit more difficult on play action and three step drops to use if you need to go to your 2nd or 3rd read.

The touch passing on the 360 works quite well, one of my favorite things about this version.

Yes if i have to switch to my 2nd or 3rd read, Cone moves and then I'm sacked..takes to long and I'm using the trigger. So I turned the cone off for now.

If you left the cone in the middle and then made your reads and then switch to you WR, might have more time to get the pass off??? I'll have to try that...
