OK Discuss this key Feature in Madden 07

This sounds slightly similar to the "Off the Ball Controls" for FIFA 2004. In that game you brought up icons over three other players down field. Then, you would control one of those players and then "call" for the ball to be passed to you. It was really hard to control, and they ended up taking it out of the game in FIFA 06. Basically, instead of programming the AI to make runs, they allowed the user to do it. However, it was cheese, big-time cheese. Hopefully Tiburon can implement this well. We'll see.

Good point. Just have to make sure his suction, I mean blocking attribute is decent.

The only problem with this feature is that it will probably be overdone. The blocks will probably always be crushing and the running game will become ridiculous. EA always seems to overdo features the first year they are in the game.

And you know there will be some AI flaw for the defense that people will exploit.

Cynicism.....I'm being realistic. Using Tiburon's past history, this is just the "gimmick" this year. No more no less.
