New Madden '07 360 video...

This is the first year I am not looking forward to a football game since....well...ever. It feels like ea has sucked the life out of one of my favorite video game traditions, and that is the annual football video game, the sad thing is I will still buy the game and I will with remorse. I need a new football game every year plain and simple, and ea knows it and thats why I am here typing this....This used to be the time of year to get excited, not dissapointed.

You know...I tried going back to PS2 Madden 06 after playing it on the 360 for a while, and I just couldn't. The game just seemed inferior, graphically. I felt like I might as well have been playing an NES. Seriously, it had THAT sort of backwards feel to it.

It is inferior graphically, as it should be. But gameplay is where it's at for most people and Madden 360 was horrible in that respect. Floaty passes, horrid defensive AI, missing features, and just an overall rushed feel to the game. The ONLY thing I liked about Madden 360 was the running animations.

To the graphics whores out there, Madden was a fine game on the 360, but aside from looking better, there was just nothing else there.

PS3 won't be on my radar for a while. Maybe a year or so after it's out.

Madden PC is what I'm playing now. Most fun I've had with Madden 06.

I've heard this from a couple different people. I just got a new PC that should be able to handle Madden...maybe I'll give it a shot.
