The grass looks absolutely rediculous. I love how EA always changes/adds things and goes way over the top with them. Much like how helmets were poping off on NHL 2001. Every shift there would be 4-5 helmets on the ice.

The players are created players done so for the SuperStar mode. That's why the QB Blevins is so frickin huge.

The graphics look amazing and I think that the grass looks fine. In motion it'll look alot better and less overgrown.

Thats the very fact that worries me though. It's a still screen so we obviously notice the beautiful textures. What we dont see is how well the game looks in full motion. It all depends on the frame rate. Im hoping for 60 FPS because that'll will look insane. But if its 30 FPS or under, then it wont look anywhere near as good as the screens. The game will be very choppy if they still have the constantly moving crowds, especially during games with rain or snow unless it's running at 60FPS.

hey its much better than the flat, washed-out grass textures of years' past...

my only complaint about the grass is that is never GREEN enough in madden...it looks too yellow, like the grass is dieing...

blah, All you do is complain anyway so no one cares what you say......................The "Long Hair" is seen on closeup views anyway. On the actual game cams the grass looks good. It actually looks 10x better than the grass in any of the previous versions.

I'll probably hold off until Madden 08 because of this. How hard can it be to add a big crotch bulge ?
