Obiwan...what happened...I remember before Madden 360 came out, and maybe early when it came out, you continually blasted people for being upset with EA's laziness and how the approached the Madden games. Now you seem to have come around.

What happened? haha

Well, it started when I saw the initial videos of 07 pop up. I see no use of the current hardware that EA has had for almost 2 years. Then I start reading about the presentation being the same as the first generation release on the current hardware. Now, we all know that non big name announcers come very cheap. There is no excuse.

I am willing to buy the same product with updated rosters every year. I am willing to buy a product with a few obvious flaws. I am willing to wait for a company to get used to new hardware. When a company decreases the quality of a product for no apparent reason other than to increase profit, I am no longer buying. I can deal with stagnation, but I will not stand for regression.

I still refuse to place blame on the development team, but, to me, this is an obvious slap in the face of all Madden consumers from the corporate managers at EA.
