To me, its just another screw job by madden. Im sick of EA taking stuff out thats important to alot of people. Co-op is how me and my best frined play every sports game, and always have. Its not like its a difficult thing to address, but i guess they would rather have the important stuff in the game, like detailed stadiums that most people could give a crap about as you only see them for a few seconds at the beginning of a game. No co-op means no fun for me. I get tired of playing against the cpu by myself, and playing online is a joke. With co-op, the game opens itslef up to so much more; You can block for your buddy who is a rb, you can send your friend on different routes than the game has programmed, your friend can see you in trouble and come back to the ball. To me, co-op in sports games in no different than co-op in shooting games, you are still going against the enemy. Football is not a sport of one player, and when you open it up to multiplayers on the same team, the game takes on a new life. Co-op has been in madden for as long as i can remember, and all of the sudden they decide they dont want it?

What do you do when your friends come over that dont have the game, and want to play. Do you play against them and beat them 63-3? that to me is no fun, and really no fun for the other player. This is where co-op is at its best. If you hone your skills on the game by yourself, then your buddies come over to play and you kill them, it really is no fun, and thats how i got started in playing co-op sports games. Not everyone who plays games wants to talk smack and win by 5 tds.

ohh you are right... they make Madden 06 for 360 version in 1 day... they were working on madden 360 version before november 22..... maybe not 2ys but a 1 1/2 years they had.
