I 100% agree.

CO-Sign. Samething I was under the impression of. I thought once EA aquired the ESPN liscence they would try to outdue the incredible job VC was bringin with its presentation. Instead its like they got it just so they can have it on the box when the game comes out. When VC 1st acquired it, it started show its presence, then they just blew it out more and more each year. I thought maybe EA would do this but it has yet to be seen and I doubt us tru fans will see exactly what we expected.

Same here. I can turn on my tv if I want to see real life happenings. It would be hot if it was franchise based or had anything to do with the actual game.

On the 360 version of NCAA, you can turn the ESPN ticker to display Franchise info. It's actually pretty cool.

O yea when I wrote that I had this nba live thing on my mind. Id gladly trade that ticker for some replays I dont have to squint my eyes in the little box to see and post play camera views that I see on gameday tho, lol. Maybe a little post game commentary with some highlights anyone?lol. Credit where credit is due, EA makes a awesome ticker.

LOL at that last part. As for this ESPN thing and not using it like sega/2k did, it really makes you wonder if EA ever listens to reason or fans?

Re: "EA in Another League"...EA/ESPN...

If I wanted to watch SC or PTI I would turn on my TV and watch it.

I want to see SC talk about YOUR games, not the real games.

I tell you, if this ESPN thing on NBA Live interrupts me and spoils a game I recorded last night...grrrr.

It doesn't rule out TV Style presentation, but I think the only way for EA to get it is if NBA 2k ups their presentation this year. Than they are going to be forced to compete with it.
