The way they're looking to implement ESPN content and vice versa is totally boring/non-interesting. The Madden Nation show was garbage. ESPN exposure could do a lot for tournament gaming though

Yippee, more bad game shows on TV...and a sports network to boot?

Yippee, I can watch some unrelated compressed streaming ESPN sports video or listen to ESPN radio from inside my game rather than just turning the TV/radio/internet to ESPN.

Yippee, the actaul in-game tv-style presentation of all the EA games will remain steps behind 2K even without a licensed network behind them. Miles behind 2K when it had the ESPN license.

Yippee, 2K is back in two years and hopefully can sign FOX or CBS as a sponser. ESPN has turned into a crap fest of a network with programing, aside from the few big money events, which is worse than when the network was founded.

No, this is the second year of the five year exclusive NFL license deal. Even though the deal was made in 2004, it took effect in 2005. Therefore, there are 3 years left.
