EA is negotiating with as many HOF'ers as possible, but from what I was told it's a one-at-a-time deal. They want to keep acquiring rights every year, however, so that they have all of them in the game one day.

Of course, the names mentioned in this thread as missing are ones that are still viable for larger deals in gaming, and I'm not surprised they're not licensed yet.

I read somewhere that Marino and those other chumps (Elway etc.) won't be in this years version because of time constraints.

Did you read the list of players? Ham, Lambert and Greene were on there and I caught those names just skimming the list.

I was wondering, is this 360 exclusive or will this be on current gen as well?

Playing with Fouts, Joiner and Winslow will be fun. To be honest, I was kind of surprised to see Winslow on the list.
