Vision Cone

My friend just got done playing the PS2 version of Madden and stated that the vision cone can not be turned off(he could have meant it was set on default).......I was wondering if it was like this for the 350 version? I love the the vision cone, because I feel that it makes the game more realistic.....

In the 360 version, it's off by default. If you'd like, you can use it, but you don't have to. I'm not sure what a 350 is though.

If it's like Madden 06, it's kind of always available without having to enable it. What you do is hold, I think, the right trigger and press the button of the WR you want to start out focused on.

If it isn't the right trigger, I can't remember which button it is. But it's something you enable pre-snap. You can also start it up after the snap by pressing the same button.

Wish I could be more help. I don't have the newer game and I don't have the old game in front of me.

You just move the right stick and the cone comes up and you can move it around.
Then (or at the same time ) you can hold the trigger and hit receiver button to move cone fast to the wr.

Is it like Ncaa 07, where its there but there is no point to it?

I wish they would have made it default for all-madden and off with the lower difficulty settings.....I think it added a nice touch to the game.....Playing as Peyton Manning actually had an advantage!
