Ok, I've got the bench down. I'm getting 40 pretty consistently now, but I can't break 4.5 on the 40 yet. Also, a hint for anyone doing the receiving drill. If you make an outside move right off the bat and go deep, you'll usually be wide open. Also, make sure you press the left shoulder button (360) to call for the ball.

I've been playing corner in Madden and NCAA for years. It's always a challenge, since sometimes you can't even see yourself on the screen, but it's also EXTREMELY satisfying when you finally get the hang of it.

Anyways, I plan on mastering the hot corner in SS mode. I can't wait until I jump that first curl route and take it back for 6.

Nothing is impossible.

Re: 40 yard dash and Bench Press (and the other mini games)

Well,

The strafe button is BY FAR the most crucial part of playing effective coverage. DB movements and animations are too unpredictable when you're not strafing.

I reccomend starting out strafing for every play, and only running normally once your man starts to lose you, or when you're breaking on the ball.

Another suggestion is to not always try to go for the pick. The swat has MUCH more range and is almost guaranteed to break up any pass your player can get too. Only go for the pick when you have everything lined up.

And finally, always remember that its better to have your man in front of you, than behind you. Err on the side of dropping back TOO far versus not far enough.

Hope that helps.
