Couple O' Questions

I've got a couple of questions, I'm getting the game today...

1) Is there create-a-team in Next Gen?
2) Can you relocate a team in Next Gen while in the franchise/dynasty mode? What about changing a team's name?
3) How good is the computerized RB when you take control of a lineman? If you do your job, does he do his?
