i started testing the cone in way where i would aim the cone in the complete opposite direction of my reciever but my qb would still throw perfect balls........any idea what the problem is?

funny u said that. I tested the same thing and I noticed that the QB would throw a perfect pass. This post shouldn't go unnoticed. I guess the cone is ONLY for looking off defenders now..

Hmmm. Try and fiddle with your QB accuracy then. Maybe it will somehow fix it. But that was part of what EA was trying to to was make it so that you cant pass out of the cone very easily. Interesting.

You do know that the passing cone is set to optional, right?

Once you turn it on, your accuracy should drop.

To answer your question, yes it is broken. It was broken as soon as they put it in the game last year. Just a recipe for sack city.
