How often do your ratings change during the season? Is it game to game? Because I thought I was still and 83 ovr but when I go to progression it shows your real rating. So does anyone know when your rating changes? Remember don't go by the depth chart, if you clilck the right thumbstick or go to progression you'll see your real rating. This is pertaining to the 360 version.

Also doing practices affect your rating or only your influence points?

I found out the answer to the first and the rating changes after every game. But would still like to know whether practice affects your ratings or just influence points.

several posters here and on gamefaqs have said that practice affects your influence points and you can increase ratings only by participating in the perf. institute.
