I did this test in a play now game, not sure if that really makes a difference, like I said I saw Jacobs coming in for tiki three different time in the game I played and tested, I even saw Tim Cater come in on plays for Toomer, I saw the secondary being subed too, I saw Strahan come out on two plays and Justin Tuck come in for him...

I wonder if I set other positions to the 95/80 like you have with the QBs then the Secondary/ O-line won't get subbed out.

I just did a play now game with the Jags and gave it to Fred Taylor ever time for 1.5 quarters. They did sub in Pearman for Taylor 3 times I believe and Marcedes Lewis was subbed out too more. I didn't pay attention to the receivers though.
