NEW YORK: Flights are returning to normal as JFK airport was evacuated early this morning from a bomb scare. A man, only identified as wearing an EA T-shirt in his early teens with zits, was arrested playing a video game. The man had put together a portable 360 setup. 360 is the latest videogame system from Microsoft. With some crafty handwork he was able to graft together a small LCD display and 360 to carry with him on trips.

The man was playing Madden 07, the latest installment of a videogame football series from Electronic Arts, and had complete an 80 yard pass to one of his recievers. Upon completing the pass a large explosion type sound echoed through the terminal. Many passengers , in fear for their lives, began to run. Women and children were reported trampled and injured. Security apprehended the man who was jumping up and down. His reactions keyed the security on him. Planes were diverted and the terminal shutdown.

When the man explained to the agents that indeed it was just a completed pass they didn't believe him. "I didn't think any game would be dumb enough to have such a sound for a completed pass", said Officer Ramirez. As an avid gamer himself he just couldn't phantom that a publisher would allow such a feature.

The man was taken to a back room where reportedly he was stripped searched and released only after security officials contacted the game manufactures to verify such a sound exists. EA officials told security, "Hey just drop back 30 yards or more and throw the ball anywhere. You should be able to recreate the sound that way".
In response to this latest incident a ban has been put in place where Madden 07 is not to be played in vicinity of crowded public places.
