The current gen plays better imo plus it's got alot more things to make it better overall.

For me, the Current Gen has more bells and whistles as far as Franchise mode goes, but on the field, I can't stand the current gen as compared to Next Gen.

Yeah the extra ratings make a difference average guys are average with a chance to make a play every once in a while.I like the 360 version more.
