Player progressioin (360)

Ive simmed a few franchises to see if any of the current rookie qb's get much better... Well seems like only 1-2 points I ever see. I keep wanting to get Cutler to be a top tier qb... but hes not going beyond a 82. I have not dont the training stuff... mainly to avoid making players older.. my question is how good can you really get these players by training every week, and without training has anyone had one of these rookie qb's developed to a 90+ player. Thanks.

Player progression has been a problem for a while. Once you've completed about 15 years of your franchise and the only players in the game are fake players, they are all rated in the 70s - low 80s, with very few players ever reaching 90s.

I don't really view that as a problem. I happen to think their are way to many players with a 90+ rating.

I was doing a Cardinals franchise and Matt Leinart had a great preseason with a QB rating of almost 110, but once preseason ends he did not progress at all. (BTW, other people progressed and degressed)
