No. In fact, version 2003 kept locking up my system. I actually think 2002 is the funnest to play, but the create-a-team uniform editor in 2004 is excellent. And they have good fictinal team logos, unlike those in Madden.

I would say yes. It's like 2002 with a couple updated gameplay factors, and better graphics. Mine never locked up so maybe that was just the disc. I don't know, I never liked 04 as much as 03. Too much change, and not for the better IMO.

i just picked up fever a few days ago for $1.00.... i agree with the OP it is a fun game with some great well thought out game and coaching options, one of my favs was the several different QB passing options(i use locked trigger). this game could have used sliders,why they didn't add them is beyond me...... i think they were headed in the right direction with their franchise.i used action replay to grab some rosters.

Fever also had the best weather effects of any football game to date. The snow used to accumulated at a steady pace and sometimes you couldn't even see the lines when it was snowing really heavy. If I remember correctly, wind also played a big part. I don't remember how rain was handled, but I hate Madden's and 2K's rain effects.

Didn't they also have the actually weather depending on where you played? For instance, if I was playing in Giants stadium and it was raining in NJ, it was raining in the game. Very cool feature.

You're right about the snow. Before I even had an xbox, I played NFL Fever 2002 in the store. The snow and the game were absolutely beautiful. NFL Fever was the main reaosn I bought an xbox.
