Everytime I try to play an online game I have to download the update rosters. I already have them on my box but it always prompts me to download them anyway. Then I just end up overwriting the same file I already have.

How can I get around this?

It does this for me, too. Though not every time I play online, just sometimes. No idea why.

Well at least its not just me.

I was just beating a cheeser 42-3 at halftime and the game froze!!!!

Before you go online, goto My Madden and Load the online roster. It won't ask you to do it again before starting a game online if you do that.

Correct, the online rosters that you are downloading are not the default rosters that Madden loads up.

Btw I had 16 online roster files saved onto my HDD before I realized this lol.
