I USED TO BE A MADDEN GAMER LEVEL 9 UNTIL
i was playing a game online when my opponent offered my a friendly quit do to terrible lag. He then decided not to quit but the friendly quit overlay was still on my screen i could still pick plays and control my team. But I could'nt see past the pop up screen saying waiting for opponent. My 360 the froze and i had to restart when i started my 360 up again i was a level 1 awesome! So i got on the phone and talked to a rep and he said there will be an update within 7 days and that should fix it. So i sent a email describing my issues with the game and why they failed to leave out fatigue,fair play, and fantasy draft. So I will update the thread with the answer when i get it.

it just happened to me...went from level 8 to 1..the funny thing is I haven't played madden for a couple of days and only played practice...

just happened again offline while i was playing my friend i sent a email to ea hopefully they contact me tommorow. I'm at the point where i want a refund and i'll play ncaa instead.
